I had bought these pants about a year ago and they barely fit. Around that time, I wasn’t confident in how I looked because I didn’t look like how those other girls should. My self-esteem took a hit, and I didn’t love myself for who I am. Flash forward to today where I put the same outfit on but love who I am. The one person I have to thank is Martin. I went to him for hip pains, but he helped me with so much more. He helped with how I go to the gym and train with weightlifting. He helped with how I look at food and I don’t have to cut out the good stuff if I don’t want to. So, thank you Martin. With your help, there’s a new Liv and I love her so much.
